Last updated : 01 October 2010 By BBC Sport

Scott Dalziel has joined Simon Lynch and Alex Williams on Stenhousemuir's absent list ahead of East Fife's visit after picking up a knee injury. It leaves the Warriors short of a goal threat after trialist Mark Archdeacon left the club, while goalkeeper Chris McCluskey is also out through injury.

East Fife welcome back striker Bobby Linn from suspension.

That leaves player-manager Steven Crawford with a fully-fit and suspension-free squad.

Stenhousemuir manager John Coughlin: "We are short of options up front and there are a couple of other players that will need to play despite not being fully fit.

"We will go out battling like we did very successfully against Forfar a couple of weeks ago."

East Fife player-manager Stevie Crawford: "Stenhousemuir have the prize of going above us in the league to play for and I am sure John Coughlin will be mentioning that to his players.

"We have to be on our guard as their home form has been good and their win over Forfar a fortnight ago looked really comprehensive.

"We played well at Livingston last week and could have sneaked a win and we will need that level of performance again in this game."
