FIFERS LUCKY AGAINST SHIRE

East Fife sunk even lower on Saturday after drawing with bottom placed East Stirling and in fairness it could have been a lot worse.

After scoring early on through Stevie Nicholas the travelling support being to wonder that the first away victory was coming. How wrong we were. East Stirling equalised midway through the half. This should have fired the players up, right? WRONG!

Into the second half, East Stirling pressed forward and wasted many chances that came their way. The Fife struggled to cope. The final whistle came with boo's rigning out from the stand and terracing. We were lucky to get a point from a game that we should be winning.

What many fans don't understand is how can we go from playing really well against Peterhead to this garbage. The fans are turning away in droves now. The hardcore support will begin to dwindle.

A defeat against Whitehill Welfare could be curtains for Jim Moffat. We need a new man in charge now. Infact the whole club needs a big shake up from Chairman to the players.
