East Fife have been denied permission by Falkirk to field on-loan midfielder Stewart Murdoch and Hibernian have not allowed striker Kurtis Byrne to play.But young defender Dylan McGowan, on loan from Hearts, could start and manager John Robertson has a clean bill of health for the rest of his squad.

Forfar's Alastair Divine returns after more than a year out with injury.

Ross and Ian Campbell are free after a ban, while Stephen Tulloch, Scott Gallacher and Dale Hilson may feature.

East Fife manager John Robertson: "It is not the ideal draw when you get someone from your own league but we are at home the rewards for getting through this round could be huge so I want us to progress."

Forfar manager Dick Campbell: "I am pleased to be going there with a full squad as East Fife will be highly motivated for this game and out to win to impress their new manager.
